How do I submit my cards?
Purchase your grading slots through the PWA TCG website first. You can then mail your cards to PWA TCG or drop them off at one of our listed drop off locations.
Do I need to purchase my grading slots before dropping off?
Yes. Please purchase your grading slots through the PWA TCG website before dropping off your cards. Your PWA order number is used to identify your submission.
Can I mail my cards to PWA TCG?
Yes. We accept grading submissions from customers across Australia. Please package your cards securely and clearly write or include your PWA order number on or inside the box.
How should I package my cards?
Cards can be placed in penny sleeves and toploaders or suitable semi rigid holders. Please make sure everything is packed securely so the cards cannot move around during transport.
Can I use toploaders?
Yes. Toploaders are fine. PWA TCG handles the submission preparation from our end.
Where can I drop off my cards?
You can drop your cards directly at PWA TCG in Carrum Downs or at one of the authorised drop off locations listed above.
What happens after I drop off my cards?
Once your cards are received, we check your submission and prepare the cards for the applicable grading submission. We then handle the submission process from our end.
How often are submissions sent to the graders?
Submissions are sent in scheduled batches. Your cards will be included in the next applicable submission based on the grading service you have purchased.
What happens when my cards are graded?
Once your graded cards return to PWA TCG, we will contact you regarding pickup or return postage.
Can I request return postage?
Yes. Return postage can be arranged once your graded cards have returned to PWA TCG.
Can I request extra insurance for shipping?
Yes. If you require additional insurance or extra shipping cover, please let us know before your cards are shipped. Any additional cover or insurance requested will be at the customer's cost.
