GOOD TO KNOW.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You must sign in before purchasing. Your paid packs and saved prizes belong to that account.
What comes in a GEM PACK?
One assigned collectible or one clearly described bundle. A bundle may contain several sealed packs. A slab and loose packs are not included together in every opening.
What are the tier values?
Basic: $30 to $60. Prime: $60.01 to $110. Gem: $110.01 to $350.99. Ultimate: $351 and above. These are recorded item values. The tier odds are 75%, 20%, 4% and 1% respectively.
What if I lose connection?
Sign in and use Find my purchases to recover the original purchase and saved result. Do not pay again to fix an uncertain payment.
How does store credit work?
Once enabled, you can choose to sell an eligible collectible back for 75% of its recorded item value. The exact offer will appear before you confirm. Confirmed credit is added to the PWA account that owns the item, ready for eligible purchases through the same signed-in checkout. If a transaction needs checking, it stays pending until confirmed. Buyback and credit spending are not available yet.
Buyback credit is for purchases only and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Read the GEM PACKS rules.
Can I request delivery or sell back?
Delivery and sell-back are planned extras. They are not available yet. Any future option, price and fee will be shown with its terms before you accept.
